Medical Products Liability

Medical products may be the drugs a patient is administered, or the medical devices that are implanted in surgical procedures. Sometimes these products cause harm that only develops after continued administration of the drug or lengthy usage of the device. Even though these types of cases happen to individual patients, they are most often handled in what is termed mass tort litigation.
