Referrals

Slama Legal Group routinely receives referrals of new clients from other attorneys in Oklahoma and across the country. We appreciate these referrals and welcome the opportunity to work with other attorneys to a common goal of achieving results for deserving families. Oklahoma's Rules of Professional Responsibility allow for a division of attorneys' fees between lawyers only if the division is in proportion to the services performed by each lawyer, or each lawyer assumes joint responsibility for the representation; the client agrees to the arrangement and the agreement is confirmed in writing; and the total fee is reasonable. Title 5, Oklahoma Statutes, Chapter 1, App. 3-A, Rule 1.5. Slama Legal Group welcomes the referrals of clients from other attorneys and will agree to a division of attorneys' fees in such instances, within the confines of the Rules of Professional Responsibility.
